Family run, simple yet special, this restaurant creates fresh homemade Italian food using local ingredients. Risottos, pastas and roast chicken span the menu, and combine that with the relaxed ambience, beautiful surroundings and welcoming staff and you end up with a fabulous hotspot that has all of Ibiza returning for more.

What once used to be the old converted school of San Lorenzo has been transformed into Ibiza’s first Oleoteca on the famed Saint Joan road. Featuring a Mediterranean-inspired menu, including traditional Ibizan dishes, the staple ingredient within each dish is obviously the extra virgin olive oil – all produced locally. Each table comes with the three varieties for all to try – a definite treat.
