The vision of Can Belleo was to deliver a masterpiece, producing a unique opportunity with permissions to build a spectacular property in the heart of Ibiza. A team worked on the design for 18 months, including 5 architects and 3 months camping on the land to understand how the property should flow. Inspiration was taken from the traditional architecture of Ibicencan rural fincas, where arches, columns and courtyards were frequently used to mark the transition from outside to inside.

Can Belleo project has just received confirmation from the Commission of Territory Planning, Urbanism and Historical Heritage (CIOTHUPA) that planning permission has been granted. The current owner is willing to accept an offer made subject to license, as he has received confirmation this will be recieved in the coming months.
