Conceived by local architect and design studio Blakstad, this six-bedroom finca gazes south towards Formentera. Perfect for sunny days and magnificent sunsets. A modern-rustic aesthetic pairs elemental Ibicencan textures – Sabina wood, terracotta tiles, wicker – with designer furnishings and bespoke woodwork. The result? An authentic, elevated retreat.

The open-plan living room was designed for getting together, with long, sinkable sofas and a dining area that joins up with an airy, fully-equipped, designer kitchen. Explore multiple terraces to follow the sun (or shade) – all you have to do is decide whether you want to be relaxing on a day bed, breathing in the scent of nearby citrus trees, or dipping between the saltwater infinity pool and pergola. The rooftop is prime territory for stargazing.

All six bedrooms enjoy en-suite bathrooms, Bluetooth speakers and flatscreen TVs – though you may be distracted by those countryside vistas. Especially in the two biggest rooms, where floor-to-ceiling doors open to postcard-worthy terraces. A large, walk-in dressing room and next-level bathroom make the master suite among the island’s best.

A discreet, dedicated house manager and daily cleaner work hard behind the scenes so you can get on with enjoying your time at Can Mayans. Laundry, grocery shopping, a private chef and wellness therapies are among the extra services available by request.

Ibiza Airport (20 mins)
Ibiza Town (18 mins)
Santa Gertrudis (7 mins)

Community meets conscious living in nearby Santa Gertrudis, locally known as ‘Ibiza’s Notting Hill’. Between bohemian boutiques and the horseback rides on offer, stretch out in Pilates Studio. Plant-based fare from Wild Beets is a good reward. From here, at the heart of the island, Ibiza is your oyster. Within a 20-minute drive, you can be treasure hunting at the Hippy Market Punta Arabí, exploring Ibiza Town or dancing to the sunset drums at Benirrás.
